yea thats what jan wanted a red team he wanted road rage back i said no, it is hard to run a team name like that they had a almost perfect season winning 11 out of 12 races and those guys are freinds , meangreen was one of my fav. teams and john raced with and owned theam for a long time so i wanted to do the green thing but don`t want to take a name some one else made famouse, i really want to bring back a winning meangreen team

In my opinion, if you're painting them like Road Rage, then maybe you should just call it Road Rage... 11 out of 12 races is just one season out of four that R/R was around... It would be unique having 'Road Rage' and 'Mean Green' racing in the same season against each other. 'Beyond Driven' is a good name, but the nostalgia wouldn't be there. Maybe you shouldn't be afraid to call it Road Rage. Good team they were, but a name like 'Sudden Impact', for instance, would have more to live up to than 'Road Rage'. Besides, I guarantee you that the announcers and alot of the fans will be calling the new red/white team 'Road Rage' the first few nights anyway.

yea at a meeting the team owners and the tda had last tuesday,later i was told some of the guys from road rage now bees" did not care if i used that name i felt out of respect they did not want me too" so that is why i did not name the team road rage so i don`t no. john had some great teams and i remember after road rage won the championship winning 11 out of 12 he said he had one of the old meangreen team that almost had a perfect season too back at fe but i think that was 8 nights and only losing one time the hole season so i thought about that kind of a dream match up who would have won that meangreen team or the road rage team but i think art and steven were on that green team what a great match that would be

in my opinion, its your team call it whatever you want to. when you first talked about the name and you had a good reason for it. yeah there has been some new teams with new names that have been one season wonders, but others like killer bees, stranglehold, and havoc all made names for themselves, which people respect.

Greg, I know that I've been a dick to you lately, and I'm not trying to be a either but why don't you name the team an origanal name with a new and different paint scheme?

Not that I care, but to me, 'Road Rage' is Robbie Stahulak's team #1. I know that he doesn't care, but like you said to me, you "finally got your own team". Wouldn't you want your own name and paint scheme to express who you are, and what you're all about?

I'm just saying that there is nothing wrong with wanting to be Road Rage. But, you could've done something with a team name like 'Beyond Drivin' like painting the cars purple, and maybe painting the numbers floresent blue, and the team name floresent green. Also the sponsors names a different floresent color.

But I understand that it is your tribute to the great Road Rage teams...

when you take on an old team name you take on there success,expectations are high and there are big shoes to fill(you know this with mean green)with rookie drivers and turn key cars this is a new team and should have a new name to build on ,i can allready hear it now over the loud speaker "heres road rage your 2003 world champions and 2006 national champions"

Why doesn't he do something unique like 'Cosmic Crunch' (Bill Bowley will know more about that name). He can paint the cars purple, paint stenciled stars all over the cars, and have florecent lettering and numbers. It would be cool, and I think that the fans would like it.

i hit the wrong key i was saying jan wanted a red color team he wanted road rage i said no it is too hard to live up to what great teams have done in the past so i named it some thing else at the last meeting john had said you can have the road rage name i said no i named it beyond driven john turn to robbie and asked him he said he don`t care i was told by a few people at the meeting that a coulpe of the other bee`s said it was o k so i called jan and said i guess we will change the name i would not have done this if i did not get the green light from the bee`s now i feel like i am in a spot i am not trying to steal the spot light from anyone i am going to look like the bigest fool trying to tell jan it is changing again the team is a new team but i want to race on it after this season and make it a tuff team 09
