it is total ******** johnny was out of his car and the back up driver was wayed on i heard it from at least 25 people so we destoryed 4 nice cars for nothing that is wrong most of the team quit" so i don`t no that may have been the last beyond driven race they should have red flaged the race and spare the waste of great cars and not let us race and wreck the cars if they were just going to give them the win anyways christmast came early for havoc nice gift

Dont give up greg, team 2 is still a very strong team ! One race, or one 'rule event' does not define any team.

Greg please dont leave yet you guys are starting to become a fan favorite. You guys put up some great races already and have had some tuff cars. You guys got the shaft that was a bulls**t call the track official was waving that car onto the track rigght as that haggered old broad Cheryl was droppin the flag. It didnt make any sense to us in the stands why they would have an official wave a car on then give the win to havoc I think you might want to appeal that call and find out who that official was that said to pullt hat car on the track. You and the dogs could of had an amazing final round given the hard time you gave them last onth in the semis. Anyway Greg dont quit and if you need help message me and let me know id be glad to give you a hand even thou I am a die hard fan of JYD I dont want to see a good teal fall and I think you guys can be up there with the dogs and the bees by the end of the year. If Johhny Klimek would have driven even an inch after the race started then maybe there is an argument to be made. Obviously, he didn't so the point is moot. I don't know why Jan thinks that Cheryl brings anything to the equation. Nobody cares when she walks down the stairs. Cheryl has to be in her 40s now. Maybe it was a big deal ten years ago but not today. A decent starter would have recognized that Johnny Klimek was having troubles and would have seen the #29 being waved on to the track and would have waited. Heck, Cheryl often times doesn't even wait until all the driver's names are announced to drop the flag. It's just one more nail in the TOD coffin.

Who was in the #2 and #29 cars for that race? I can't seem to keep everyone straight on those teams.

communication between the track
personel and the "flag hoochie" as
they call her in the stands.

I could be wrong but it seemed to
me the 29 car came into the race
about 6 seconds after the race
started. I always thought the
"back up" car had to be actually
ON the track, and the dead
vehicle removed (or off) B4 the
race started. (???)

I also wondered what would
have happened if the Team 2
dead Mark started up on
the track during the race ?

I can totally understand Gregs point of view
also, clean, set up 2nd round cars dont
grow on trees. I'd be damn upset if the track
official waved my 29 car in that late only
to be disqualified for it !

As many fans and $$$ this TDA sport
draws, track officials, flag stand
officials and the tower announcer
should have better open
'up to the second' communication
@ all times.

Hell, Jan G's mike in his car was

Maybe Jan G. could cure this situation
by paying both team 2 and 4 the
same amount of prize $$$ to wind
that 2nd round. If the officials did
actually screw up, that would probally

that and them points are so importan as many no anything can happin in demos we were 4 point down and maybe as close as 2 but now 8 points that may have hurt or chances it realy sucks and if joe don`t come back it`s for sure over i have the highest respect for him

ok big plug if you saw right we had 12 cars Saturday night,
After we were told that we were going on and not driven, a driver from the bee's came to us and said that they had a stronger car then what we had that is way that cars was used and not the one that we brought to the track. so now you know what is going on.

This is what happen..............
last red car coming out of pit was followed by another red car.
red car #1 got on the track, red car following stops, backs up all the way to his pit area. offical lines up cars (except last one) comes
walking back to the pit area. walks up to other offical, by now the flag is being drop, here comes the other red car out of the pits, as all this is happening the driver of dead red car is crawling out his passenger window and just makes it back to the pit area as his team mate drives past him onto the track.

1) there was no time to stop the race, it all happen too fast.
2)would any of the drivers really have seen the RED Flag? Lights? Cars are crushing from the onset of the flag dropping.
3) think for a moment where red parks in the pits......
this is where he started from, on his own or maybe by some
bystanders telling him to go? It sure wasnt the officals telling him.

You see, all of us fans were yelling at the officals for "not making the red car move up into the line" (they were not acknowledging us)that is when we realized he wasn't running.
These are two good teams and they deserve better. Things like this shouldn't happen, but they can and do. Knowing all these guys I do know that they can and will get past this.
